3. ACCOUNT CREATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Create a strong password and keep it confidential
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session

4. CREDIT PURCHASE AND USAGE POLICY

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each phase of the business plan generation process requires one (1) credit.

4.2 Credit Purchase

Credits can be purchased through our platform using our integrated payment processor, Stripe. The pricing for credits will be clearly displayed at the point of purchase.

4.3 Credit Expiration

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, credits do not expire and remain valid until used.

4.4 No Refunds for Used Credits

Once a credit has been used to complete a phase of the business plan generation process, it cannot be refunded or restored.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency before purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchases. Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout when required by law.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds for unused credits may be granted at our sole discretion. Please contact our customer support team for refund requests.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You retain full ownership of the business plans generated through our Service based on your inputs. You may use, modify, and distribute your business plans as you see fit.

6.2 Service Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including but not limited to the software, design, logos, and other visual elements, is owned by Proper Planning and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our explicit permission.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback regarding the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into our Service without any obligation to compensate you.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

7.1 Nature of AI-Generated Content

The business plans generated through our Service utilize artificial intelligence technology provided by OpenAI. The content is created algorithmically based on your inputs and industry data.

7.2 Limitations of AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors
• The quality and relevance of the generated business plan depends significantly on the inputs you provide
• AI-generated business plans should be reviewed and refined by you before use in important business decisions
• We do not guarantee that the generated business plans will meet your specific requirements or expectations

7.3 No Legal or Financial Advice

The business plans generated through our Service do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making significant business decisions based on the generated plans.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Business Decisions

You acknowledge that any business decisions you make based on business plans generated through our Service are made at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from your use of the business plans in your business activities.

8.2 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• You will lose access to your account and any unused credits
• You will retain ownership of any business plans you have already generated and downloaded
• Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will remain in effect

11. AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate business plans for illegal businesses or activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Use automated methods or scripts to access or scrape data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Share or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the Service

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
